COURSE DETAILS

3.5 miles of wicked terrain, mud, obstacles, water crossings* and our SUPER slime!
*Pull ropes and life jackets are available for all you aquaphobes out there. Lifeguards will also be on hand to assist those who think they can swim but really can't. You know who you are.

WHAT DO I GET?

Aside from the A$$ kicking and SUPER slime in your droors, each participant will receive:

WAVE TIMES

The first wave of the day will start at 9:00 and continue at every half hour until 1:00. Our Scramble Gamble will start at 2:00 so make sure you stick around to cheer on your favorite SUPERHERO while enjoying frosty beverages, great food and awesome live music. Registrations are flying in, so make sure you sign up early so you get the time you want and lock in the best price!  We will do our best to accommodate your chosen wave time, but in rare cases we will notify you that your wave time has changed.

SCRAMBLE GAMBLE

It's time to put your Money where your fitness is! This is the opportunity you've been dieing for! The SCRAMBLE GAMBLE is the last wave of the day! All eyes will be on you as you compete for a pot of money that will be split up amongst the top 3 male and female participants. It costs you an additional $30 to enter and all of that money goes into the SCRAMBLE GAMBLE pot! It's time to let your fitness make you some money!

CAMPING

POST RACE PARTY

Stick around after you finish and enjoy some ice cold beer and tasty grub while rocking out to some awesome live music. We will be announcing the bands soon. There will be awards and we'll be presenting the winners of our first SCRAMBLE GAMBLE. Whether your muddy, slimy or clean its gonna be a blast!

Break out those SUPERHERO PJ's we all know you still have. Cut the sleeves off, throw on some jorts and get ready to run your A$$ off! We will be presenting awards for:

• Biggest Team
• Most Creative Team
• Largest Individual Donor

Awards will also be given for the top 3 male and females in each age bracket:

SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE Unites Couch Potatoes and Extreme Athletes

SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE, LLC will host the 1^st ever SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, FL on Saturday, November 12^th. The extreme obstacle event is open to athletes of all levels, from couch potatoes to the most experienced fitness buffs.

SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE is 3.5 Miles of wicked terrain with more than 18 intense obstacles including major water crossings, mud and the revolutionary SUPERHERO SLIME!

“SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE is not just a race, it’s an adventure! For participants and spectators, this will be a day South Florida will never forget,” stated Robyn Goldman of SUPERHERO SCRAMBLE, LLC.

Spectators are welcomed and encouraged to watch the Superheros tackle the obstacles and participate in other on site activities.

Upon their arrival at the finish line, Superhero participants will be able to enjoy ice cold beer, refreshments, great food, live music and entertainment!

The first wave of the race will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by waves of additional racers taking off to battle the course every half hour.

Five percent of every race registration will be donated to a charity that celebrates real life superheros, including our armed forces, veterans, police, fire fighters and EMT’s.
