3.5 miles of wicked terrain, mud, obstacles, water crossings* and our SUPER slime!
*Pull ropes and life jackets are available for all you aquaphobes out there. Lifeguards will also be on hand to assist those who think they can swim but really can't. You know who you are.

WAVE TIMES
The first wave of the day will start at 9:00 and continue at every half hour until 1:00. Our Scramble Gamble will start at 2:00 so make sure you stick around to cheer on your favorite SUPERHERO while enjoying frosty beverages, great food and awesome live music. Registrations are flying in, so make sure you sign up early so you get the time you want and lock in the best price! We will do our best to accommodate your chosen wave time, but in rare cases we will notify you that your wave time has changed.

SCRAMBLE GAMBLE
It's time to put your Money where your fitness is! This is the opportunity you've been dieing for! The SCRAMBLE GAMBLE is the last wave of the day! All eyes will be on you as you compete for a pot of money that will be split up amongst the top 3 male and female participants. It costs you an additional $30 to enter and all of that money goes into the SCRAMBLE GAMBLE pot! It's time to let your fitness make you some money!

POST RACE PARTY
Stick around after you finish and enjoy some ice cold beer and tasty grub while rocking out to some awesome live music. We will be announcing the bands soon. There will be awards and we'll be presenting the winners of our first SCRAMBLE GAMBLE. Whether your muddy, slimy or clean its gonna be a blast!

Break out those SUPERHERO PJ's we all know you still have. Cut the sleeves off, throw on some jorts and get ready to run your A$$ off! We will be presenting awards for:
